An office space in Carmel is changing the work experience for more than 3,000 of its tenants.
Its part of a 40 million renovation at Carmel Gateway, which is one of the areas largest office parks.
Part of their rebranding has been putting in walking trails, a pickleball court, a café and a gym on campus.
Managers told 13News they want help getting workers back in the building after being away during the COVID19 pandemic.
Here at Carmel Gateway, the nature of work is changing. Its not just changing here on property, its changing everywhere, manager Kennedy Gallagher said. Worklife balance is important, and our rebrand is really aligned with focusing on the person outside of their career.
