1 man dead, 1 stable after shooting during family dispute on Indianapolis near northeast side

One man was killed and another was injured in a shooting Tuesday morning on the near northeast side of Indianapolis.

According to IMPD, just after 9:30 a.m. April 1, officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 3600 block of Ralston Avenue, near 38th Street and North Keystone Avenue.

When officers arrived, they said they found two men who had been shot. The victims were taken to local hospitals. Police said one was in critical condition and the others condition is described as stable. However, police later said the victim in critical condition had died.
