Council approves new Indianapolis snow removal policy

After months of hard work, Marion County now has a new snow removal policy. But some councilors say what happened inside the boardroom Monday night is about more than snow plows.

Proposal 69 became an official part of the citys snow removal ordinance with a unanimous vote Monday. Something councilors said is a long time coming.
