Your Friends & Neighbors cast, creator preview Jon Hammled Apple TV series

Shows like Breaking Bad, Ozark and Dexter have audiences rooting for the criminals. Emmy winner Jon Hamm (Mad Men, The Morning Show) is hoping to fit that mold in the new Apple TV drama series Your Friends & Neighbors

Andrew Cooper (Hamm), a recently divorced and unemployed hedge fund manager, decides to start stealing from his neighbors homes to maintain his affluent lifestyle while discovering some of their deepest, darkest secrets.

I actually approached Jon before I wrote the show, and I pitched him the idea. It was his excitement about the idea that encouraged me to write the pilot, said showrunner, writer and executive producer Jonathan Tropper (Warrior, Banshee). I still sit on set sometimes watching Jon do the scenes and marvel at the fact that I have one of the most iconic actors of the last 25 years doing the show.

New episodes of Your Friends & Neighbors are released Fridays through May 30 on Apple TV.
