Indiana Senate passes controversial property tax overhaul bill, sending it to Gov. Brauns desk

After a marathon session that stretched into the early morning hours, the Indiana Senate passed Senate Bill 1 Tuesday.

The controversial property tax relief bill, which passed 2722, had drawn sharp criticism from educators and community members across the state.
