Terre Haute man arrested after allegedly threatening Rep. Jim Lucas in Facebook posts, voicemails

A Terre Haute man is facing charges after he allegedly threatened a state representative in Facebook posts and voicemails.

Indiana State Police said detectives arrested 55yearold Robert Bennett on Monday, April 7 after he posted harassing and threatening statements against Indiana State Rep. Jim Lucas.
