Students grieving after Florida State University shooting
When a 20yearold opened fire at Florida State University, terrified students barricaded doors and fled across campus, abandoning chemistry notes and even shoes, in a shooting that investigators said killed two men and wounded at least six others.
By early Friday, memorials of candles and flowers dotted the campus and a schoolwide vigil had been scheduled as students and faculty tried to start healing from the previous days shooting, which sent shockwaves of fear across the campus.

On Thursday, Maryland Sen. Chris Van Hollen met with Kilmar Abrego Garcia in El Salvador after being denied access to him by Salvadoran officials.
Abrego Garcia has been in El Salvadors custody since March 15 after being deported from the United States mistakenly.
