A 17yearold was arrested in Indianapolis for an east side armed robbery and possession of a machine gun.

Police said, on April 2, officers were called to a gas station at 6990 Pendleton Pike near the intersection with Shadeland Avenue.

Police said a woman had been hit in the face with a gun and robbed of her gun.

Amazon has put in a bid to purchase TikTok, a Trump administration official said Wednesday, in an eleventhhour pitch as a U.S. ban on the platform is set to go into effect Saturday.

The official, who was not authorized to comment publicly and spoke on the condition of anonymity, said the Amazon offer was made in a letter to Vice President JD Vance and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick.

Zelle, an online money transferring system, shut down payment functions in its app Tuesday. Dont worry though, youre still able to use Zelle in other ways.

The online service is built into banks and credit unions, resulting in the company shutting down their standalone app which launched in 2017 since so few people use it.

Martinsville firefighters are investigating the cause of a deadly house fire Thursday morning.

Firefighters responded to a report of a house fire in the 900 block of South Grant Street, near South Ohio and East Gray streets, around 2 a.m. April 3.

When firefighters arrived, they found the home on fire and immediately started attacking the fire.
