IMPD is investigating after a juvenile was injured in a shooting on Indianapolis northeast side early Friday.
The shooting was reported shortly before 3 a.m. April 4 in the 4400 block of Park Forest Court, near East 46th Street and North Arlington Avenue.
Responding officers located a juvenile male gunshot victim, who was stable when taken to a local hospital, IMPD Capt. Rob Rider told 13News.

Several rain chances continue across Indiana through Sunday morning. Most times it is just showers and rumbles, but severe storms are possible Friday night.
High winds are the primary threat for Indiana, although a stray tornado is possible, especially south and west of Indianapolis.
Another 24 inches of rain will be possible through Sunday morning.

A man has died following a shooting on Indys near east side Thursday evening.
According to a release from IMPD, just before 7:30 p.m. on April 3, officers responded to the 2100 block of East Washington Street, near Willard Park, on a report of a person shot.
When officers arrived, they found a male victim with an apparent gunshot wound. They were pronounced dead at the scene.

Automaker Stellantis is temporarily halting production at a plant in Canada and a plant in Mexico shortly after President Donald Trump announced a 25% tariff on imported vehicles. The move will result in the temporary layoff of 900 U.S. employees.
Stellantis, which owns car brands like Jeep, Citroën and Ram, said Thursday, April 3 it will be temporarily pausing production at the Windsor assembly plant in Canada for for the weeks of April 7 and 14. Operations will resume at the facility the week of April 21.
