An overnight storm complex has left thousands of power outages across central Indiana from Vigo County through Delaware County. There are also several reports of downed trees and power lines.
This initial round of storms has taken quite a bit out of the atmosphere, but were seeing more storm development that will continue through the morning. There is still a threat of isolated stronger storms with damaging wind gusts. Lightning will be a threat through midday as well as heavy rainfall leading to localized flooding in lowlying areas.
