Citizens Energy Group says water pressure should be back to normal for thousands of east side customers following a massive water main break last week near 22nd Street and Dr. Andrew J. Brown Avenue.
Crews managed to repair the main, but travelers are still being detoured around the construction zone as work continues to clean up, repave and reopen the road.
